A relaxation track is included for free for all hypnotherapy clients, given to you at the initial consultation - to listen to at home. This supports the positivity created during the sessions, allowing you to relax, de-stress and sleep better. This in turn will create the circumstances for you to make good decisions that will move you towards your desired goal.

Payment Methods:

Credit / debit card at the end of each session (or bank transfer prior to Zoom session).

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend your appointment please contact me as soon as possible. The required notice for cancellation is 48 hours. Where there is less notice, or if you fail to attend your appointment, the full fee will be charged. It is rarely possible to fill cancelled appointments at short notice which is why a charge is levied.
